i dont know where to train, tell me a place where i cant train

Training depends on skill you want to train. For magic, sewers is the most recomended place. For melee red spiders, I think it's the best way to gain XP fast. For ranging, I guess moss giants are the best option, in karamaja. Any more sugestions  ?

if u got def.... about 30.. or 30+ (  ) u can train on hobgoblins either in wildy ( lvl 29 north west of boneyard ) or behind CRAFTING guild well if you are 1 def u could either begin slow and train on mages south of varrock * lvl 7 mages with 12 hp * and
u can go down 2 edgeville and train in the sewers on zombies * lvl 18 with 24 hp * well whats the best i can do :s or the best u can do ?
